Longtucky Supply Hybrid Fanny is a useful but also adaptable fanny pack.

all right hey what's up guys so today

let's talk about this long tucky supply

fanny pack

now long tucky supply really small shop

i'm pretty sure he started doing these

from his kitchen counter and then

eventually started uh outsourcing a

couple of them because he was getting

too many orders or whatever but

um really sweet fanny pack and want to

show you guys

uh the whole ordeal because this thing

is

actually really impressive with what he

did was he just found a solution for a

problem he had

and uh and and my take on it was okay i

can use this thing for a multitude of

stuff so whether i just take it to go

for a quick you know hunt with some

piggies and go shoot some things with my

friends or uh go ahead and use this for

like competitive shooting like in the

prs realm or in the carbine realm and

not have to use like a whole belt system

that my holster is on and all this other

stuff so just another option or this

could also be something that was brought

up by one of my cop buddies uh he's like

this would be a really good like way of

you know dumping out of a car and taking

medical and taking your your mags for

your rifle and also taking possibly some

water or some other resources like smoke

and other things that you can throw in

these things so um the base of this is

without this cry pouch without my dump

pouch and without this uh spiritus spud

pouch

so other than that the the fanny comes

with a couple molly slots on the sides

here

and and then just the actual pouch and

then the magic of it is that it's not

just a normal fanny pack

but it's a fanny pack that has an

opening on the back here that will take

any pouch or any insert that has a hook

on both sides because i'm sorry

yeah hook on both sides because this one

has a loop on both sides so if you're

looking at getting one of these and you

want to get like different inserts or

something you'd have to make sure you

get the inserts that have hook on both

sides of it it's not one or the other

or just use one of those conversion kind

of slots

so

really cool option

if you don't need it or you wanted to

you could actually insert one of those

axl zippers over here that were meant

for other things and you can actually

use it in that in that capacity as well

just as another zippered compartment but

i prefer using it for mags it's actually

really sweet and and i most likely won't

use it for all my mags like big heavy 30

rounders like this

but if i do it works

most of the time or in the past i have

used it for my six arc which has shorter

mags that aren't big deal but they slide

in there really easy my asci mags uh fit

in there for my uh

uh 6'5 creedmoor

and also my tikka 308 mags fit in here

pretty good

just has to do with the insert size

now from there let me get these mags out

so they're not in my way

from there

in the pouch right the main compartment

i usually keep just

my arm board for dope

right which my arm board's a little bit

more modified if you've never seen it

before i'll throw a little quick quick

at you

this is just some dope that i had some

quickly written down for some stuff but

i usually um with the one from refactor

this is the refactor one so there's a

brand um but i i like their their design

but there's some stuff that i had to

modify because it just didn't fit my

needs i cut off that little thingy that

had a tab

also added some velcro that isn't sticky

on this side so it wouldn't stick

completely to the insert so it's a

little easier to open otherwise it was

really loud and it was really like a lot

of work to open this thing up

then from there i usually keep

one of my little boards for my my uh

my boards that i keep on the side of my

dope or on the side of my scope for my

dope

also with an equation or the equations

for

milling targets and stuff in yards and

meters um and then i keep a pencil some

markers and the eraser for the markers

in here on a rip rip-off piece of uh

like pretty much a it used to be for

just

um

chem lights but now i've i've made it

alternately used for uh good old markers

and stuff so from there

in there i keep just my dope and then

dope for different rifles and also some

spare cards so that's what i keep in the

main compartment most of the time but if

i'm not going to use it for that i'll go

ahead and stuff it with other things if

i wanted snacky poos stuff like that

which snacky poops make it in there

anyways

um on the inside you have all this

hooked velcro

so you can attach any kind of inserts

you want on the inside

i usually just keep another board for my

um

the side of my scope and i keep this one

tabbed out so that if i write let's say

a stage on here i can go ahead and peel

off the top end and the next the next

piece of tape also has a tab and the

next one next to next one next one i'm

may do a video on how to make these this

pretty cool uh idea i got from a

precision rifle shooter and uh and i

just use the back of or i use mainly the

hilton

freaking key cards that i get on every

week's trips everywhere and i just re

re-cycle them for this kind of stuff so

i keep one of those in here so i can

write that kind of stuff and i also keep

a lens wipey from bigtex in here

um from there the front pouch pretty

simple um it is just a pouch so there's

nothing no velcro in it or anything like

that um but i keep med in here so i have

a chest seal a set of shears a

hemostatic gauze and a set of gloves in

here um nothing crazy but it is

like

pretty much the the big essentials minus

a pressure dressing which i need to

figure out a way i may put it in the

bigger compartment or something like

that so that i could always have

pressure dressing on me but i haven't i

haven't uh put one in here because i

haven't figured out how to get it in

here nicely but i may use like an h or

something like that we'll figure it out

on the bottom there's this elastic piece

that allows you to go ahead and mount a

tourniquet

and then there's also an empty loop on

here that is meant so that if you've

made this more of a cross the body kind

of thing you can actually loop this

around your body as well as a

waist strap there there's the option for

doing that as well on their website

now furthermore on on both sides you can

kind of see it over here but i'm not

going to take one of my pouches off so i

can show you you see it on their website

there there's a couple uh rows of loop

i'm sorry rose and molly and you can

attach pouches so i attached a spiritus

uh spud i like the spud a lot if i had

two of them at the time and i didn't

have a spare cry pouch i'd probably use

a spud over here too um it's probably

the most versatile pouch but

what i like the most is

this top

right the actual

lid for it is [ __ ] sweet it can

conform to almost anything so whatever i

put in here it's going to stay in here

it's one of my favorite pouches i've

ever seen in my life it's [ __ ]

amazing um it also has like you know

shock cord and some kind of tie-down

stuff uh if you were going to use a

bungee retainer as well

so that's a way of using it and then on

this side i usually keep water in there

and on this side i use my kestrel or i

keep my kestrel

nothing too fancy but it is a way that i

keep my kestrel i'll throw leatherman in

here every once in a while

or pull the one out of my pocket

depending on what i'm doing so i don't

lose it and throw it in here but it's

just another pouch that i could put

whatever in it

smokes freaking extra mags whatever

whatever i please in these pouches so

it's just uh i liked the option of

having two big admin pouches um and i

could use them for my like rangefinder

or other things too

um but that's overall the

the concept behind it now

when i was looking at it all i was like

what else can i do to enhance this thing

even further and that's where i went

ahead and shamelessly plugging my dump

pouch right

i put one of my older prototypes on here

so that one it got it got used but two

so that it adds another enhancement so

if i needed to add more carry more

whatever more i could so just by using a

dump pouch like this i've i've increased

my capacity or what i can carry with

this pouch

immensely by just literally opening

something up that was rolled up and out

of the way so i really like the option

of this it's just another way of do

using the dump pouch in conjunction with

other things

that's how simple it is and how easy it

can be attached to other other objects

so

that's my that's my uh fanny for most of

the stuff that i do

when it comes to

long range shooting or if i'm just going

hunting with the boys kind of thing it's

a simple pack that can carry quite a bit

and like i said this would be like

most likely depending on what i'm doing

a supplement right like pull out of the

car and now i have something i can carry

has extra stuff and i can also you know

load it up with mags in different ways

or other things right whatever i want so

it's it's a really sweet setup i really

enjoy it and i hope you guys take a look

at them um

like i said he's a small shop and but

he's making good stuff so hope this
